My Claim Packet is a product operated by FLIPIT3D. References to “VA Disability Max,” “we,” or “us” in these terms refer to the My Claim Packet service and its FLIPIT3D operator.

Educational resource only

My Claim Packet provides general educational information about VA disability compensation topics and related tools. We are not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and we are not affiliated with VA.

We do not prepare, file, or prosecute claims. We are not a VA-accredited Veterans Service Organization, claims agent, or attorney, and we do not provide legal, medical, or fiduciary advice. Outcomes depend on each veteran's record and VA decisions. Always verify current rules with official sources and consult an accredited representative or qualified professional when you need personal help.

No guarantees

Content, calculators, AI suggestions, checklists, and worksheets are informational aids. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your situation. We do not guarantee ratings, effective dates, approvals, payment amounts, or any claim result.

Your responsibilities

• Use the site lawfully and only for legitimate personal research or education.
• Do not attempt to break security, scrape in an abusive way, or disrupt the service.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Avoid pasting Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive identifiers into forms or AI tools.
• Keep your account credentials secure if you create an account.

Accounts and free/paid features

Public educational pages are available without payment. Personalized workspace features require an account and may require a paid pass; current pricing and included features are listed on the pricing page. My Claim Packet purchases are sold by the service's FLIPIT3D operator and processed securely by Stripe. Receipts, billing records, or payment communications may identify My Claim Packet, FLIPIT3D, or both. Stripe's terms also apply to its payment services.

Intellectual property

Site design, original writing, software, and branding are owned by My Claim Packet or its licensors. You may use publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial research. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish our guides as your own product, or use our marks in a way that implies VA affiliation or endorsement.

References to federal regulations and public government materials are for education; those materials remain subject to their own rules.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to VA.gov and other third-party sites or embed third-party services (for example authentication, analytics, email, payments, or AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Claim Packet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or claim benefits arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of ten U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify My Claim Packet and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, change features, or suspend access when needed to operate or secure the service. The “Last updated” date will change when terms are revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
